Join us for our first ever joint event hosted by the Canadian Colleges and Universities Environmental Network (CCUEN) and the Canadian Biosphere Reserves Association (CBRA) to hear about research happening in and about Canada’s UNESCO biosphere regions.
Participants will hear about different research models being used in Canada’s BRs as well as research projects collecting information about the biodiversity within the BRs. Some of the speakers include Mount Arrowsmith (BC), UNESCO Research Chairs, Tsá Tué (NWT), Redberry Lake (SK), Georgian Bay (ON), and more. There will also be a short breakout room session allowing for networking with the BRs by region.
