Forest Therapy is a Public Health practice that is suitable for all members of the public

About this event

You are invited by City of Ryde Council and Dr. Sarah Brikké (PhD) – Founder and Creator of Healing with Nature – to participate in a Virtual Guided Forest Therapy Nature Walk (webinar). Everyone is welcome to join. Forest Therapy is a Public Health practice that is suitable for members of the public of all ages and with all different kinds of mobility. In this webinar you will learn about Forest Therapy and its benefits, you will have the time to reflect and share, and you will take part of a mindfulness activity called Tuning the Senses with Dr. Sarah Brikké. Hopefully, by the end of the webinar you will feel more connected, re-energized, calm and positive. We are looking forward to sharing this experience with you soon.
